Soldering Tips Specifications:
The soldering station is compatible with the 600 Series Soldering Tip Models. There are 5 types of soldering tips included in this kit (B, I, K, 2.4D, 3C).
Note:
The soldering tip T600 series is different from the normal T900 series. Please contact us on how to order a new set of soldering tips (B, I, K, 2.4D, 3C).
Replacing the Soldering Iron Tip:
A. Turn OFF the machine and let the solder tip cool down.
B. Then loosen the sleeve and pull out the soldering tip after it has cooled down.

If you need a basic set up this works pretty well. Has pretty much everything you could need in the one kit. Everything is not heavy and very portable. Heating was quick and everything was easy to assemble.

I have been soldering for years as a hobbyist and I'm blown away by the value of the Plusivo digital soldering iron and rework station. Honestly? I have spent way more than the cost of this kit and received way less. If you're just getting into soldering or not sure where to start, get this kit! It contains everything you need and more. The soldering iron itself appears to be great quality and comes with several different style tips for different applications. It heats up to temperature quickly and is ready to go within seconds of powering on. There is a sleep function that powers off the unit in the event you walk away and leave it on. I set mine to 10 minutes. Looking through the instructions I came across settings for a password?? Not sure why you would need to password protect your soldering iron, but hey the feature is there. Overall, this is an excellent value. I can't say enough good things about this kit by Plusivo. Very happy.

Better than expected!!
This kit is awesome for the price, better than expected. It comes with everything you need to get going. For someone that's just starting out this is the perfect set. Heats up fast, has a sleep function, the multimeter has come in very handy. I just started working on guitars and I have used every piece in this kit. Highly recommend to anyone
